Privacy policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
Ledge Analytics (“Ledge”, “we”) makes a basketball stats app for coaches. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: support@ledgeanalytics.com.
Early-access list
When you join early access on our website we keep your email address, the country your connection comes from, and when you joined. We use them only to email you about early access to Ledge. We keep them until you have access or ask us to remove you. Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe.
Ledge app accounts
For coaches and staff with an account we keep your name, email address and sign-in details, and the teams and sessions you work on. We use this to run the app and to keep your account secure.
Team and player data
Coaches enter team rosters and game stats, such as player names, numbers and the plays they record. We hold this on behalf of the school or club the team belongs to and use it only to provide Ledge to that team. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with other teams.
Players are often under 18. Ledge only needs a name (initials are fine) and a shirt number to track a game, so we ask coaches to enter no more than that. Ledge has no player accounts and we never contact players. A school or club can ask us to correct or delete its players’ data at any time.
Who we share data with
Cloudflare hosts our website, app and database, and sends our emails. Apple distributes our iPad app. We don’t sell personal data and we don’t use advertising trackers on this website.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing support@ledgeanalytics.com. Signed-in coaches can also delete their account in the app. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to us first, and you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We’ll update the date above when this policy changes, and tell account holders about significant changes.
